Police are not Above the Law

Posted by RCaldwell on July 17, 2012

It is important for jurors to keep in mind that the police uniform does not mean a police officer always does his or her job or testifies truthfully.

In a recent article from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/st-louis-police-officer-suspended-charged-with-burglary/article_089fb304-cf5c-11e1-8961-001a4bcf6878.html), a police officer was described as having been charged with burglary, first degree.

It is important to point out that all people are innocent until proven guilty. But, this is a lesson to those potential jurors out there that you must determine the credibility of those witnesses called to testify in trial based on their answers to trial attorneys' questions, not based on the their profession or clothing alone.

That's a nicely prpaered written content. I really enjoyed following it quite a bit. There are lots of internet pages using the web as we speak, coupled with lots of hours of content, it actually is complicated to know what is honest, and as well as what customers only make-up. A similar thing is true of diet plan or some kind of kind of weight-loss. I've truly examined so much with regards to the easy hcg diets, and simply am undecided what you should identify apart from all of it. It appears hcg injection therapy are known as the most viable option, they also appear high priced, and in addition you require a pharmacist or doctor. Me not certain about simple hcg drops, as long as they'll truly work. You can also find real simple hcg drops, and furthermore homeopathic easy hcg drops you can get all over the world. Clients may also get hold of hcg drops at Walmart straight away. The diet which often complements hcg, looks like it is just a undernourishment diet when they declare you eat no more than 500 calories each and every day. I would assume that humans would only experience weight loss through any diet program doing this. They even admit hcg can help you be prpaered to stay on the diet program, and in addition induces your own body with the intention to eradicate a good deal more excess fat. Thanks, hcg.

I was tempted the first few days cause I rezliaed I could have loaded up on a lot more yummmmmy stuff the first 2 days and didn't. Visions of a lucious coconut cake were dancing in my head. However, what helped me to resist was to remind myself of the little I lost so far, how badly I wanted to reach my goal and also it really helped a lot to watch testimonial videos and peoples video journeys on the hcg diet. Seeing other people's success what an inspiration and motivation to tough it out during momentary temptation and just to get my mind on somethingelse meanwhile til it passed. Hope that helps some! http://mqfskj.com [url=http://xdskigceaj.com]xdskigceaj[/url] [link=http://xtcwcgs.com]xtcwcgs[/link]

Everybody goes through a peltaau. The good news, if you keep to the protocol you are still losing inches. Try an apple day to try and get things going again. People want to continue losing at the same rate they do the first week on the protocol but that is rare. Especially for women. http://cdhgvvxq.com [url=http://vvsritzuna.com]vvsritzuna[/url] [link=http://iiiuwe.com]iiiuwe[/link]

Rule of thumb for weight loss: Diet= 70% exesrice= 30%Great 7 step plan to follow for LASTING healthy results (My sources: world-class athlete since age 6, read tons about health for years e.g. Gunnar Peterson's The Workout [trainer to A list celebrities] and Tony Robbin's The Body You Deserve after educating my brother, he lost 45 pounds in 4 months has kept it off for over 2 years):1. Awareness of what you eat by keeping a diet journal to see where ure going wrong plus writing down very specific goals w/a time frame on them (be realistic yet firm) view them on a regular basis. Tell someone encouraging who wants to see you succeed, about your progress toward your goals on a regular basis- this will keep you accountable. I have a google spreadsheet w/all my goals weekly progress toward them that I share w/my boyfriend each week so we can discuss it. Family members or best friends are great choices. Be VERBAL about your commitments so that your family understands they must bring healthy food in the house or at the minimum not pressure you to overeat or ruin your goals. If u think healthy food is expensive, try affording hospital bills later in life when ur poor diet gives u cancer other diseases. SAVE your pennies toward the most important thing in life= health.2. Best cardio is running in terms of weight loss. It is however, very high-impact can lead to injuries. If you get injured- 2nd best is rowing, 3rd is cycling (both of which are less impact). You should be doing cardio minimum 4 x/wk 30min.-1 hr. Weight loss heart rate range is one where u can carry on a conversation w/o a big struggle. Mix it up to keep from losing willpower or getting bored. People lose motivation when exesrice isnt fun/engaging. If u love soccer, do it! Cardio is cardio!3. Resistance program to help firm muscles/give u tone (u can't spot-reduce- weight training results per individual body part will only be visible after the fat layer is off from the cardio). You should do this 2-3 x/wk for 30 min-1 hr each time. It'simportant to have that break in between so ur muscles can rest. Remember- each muscle gained= more calories lost on a daily basis b/c this revs up your metabolism! Jessica Biel is a great model for a muscular gorgeous body. Look at a picture of her visualize ur face on her body. The mind's thoughts literally create ur reality; this has been proven over the centuries.4. Breakfast= eat like a king, Lunch= like a prince, Dinner= like a pauper. 3 meals/2snacks per day of high fiber/ highprotein/ low carb nutrient-packed foods help keep u full NOTE: Complex carbs like salad, fruit, whole-grains are good, just avoid simple carbs like white bread and processed stuff. The best foods for u are the natural foods our ancestors ate that are filled with FIBER (shoot for 35 gm/day- this will kick cravings to the curb!) Anna Kournikova eats a fruit + drinks a glass of water 30 min before her meals to be fuller/eat less. No diet sodas- the fake sugars actually make ur body crave more sugar. Stick to tea water never bring bad foods into ur house. Its very unhealthy for a woman to go under 1200 cals/day, slightly more for a man.Take a high quality multivitamin each day maybe essential fatty acid fish oils if u can afford both. Lastly, take 1 junk day off/wk (my day is Saturday) so that u dont feel deprived can sustain this long term.5. Americans in general are impatient want things QUICK easy. U must be patient in terms of your results never give up. This is a LIFESTYLE change, there are NO get-thin quick schemes, PERIOD. If u abuse your body u will ruin ur metabolism in the future u will gain weight MUCH easier than today. Diet pills will ruin you AND they don't even work (I speak from personal experience). So be smart, have long-term perspective- is it better to have 0% body fat in a wheel chair or 20% body fat w/vitality a long happy life?6. Weigh yourself once/wk, never more than that. Check waist circumference, body fat %, muscle %, water % (there are good digital scales that do this) b/c u could be gaining muscle which weighs more than fat or be full of water and be like- why the heck wont i lose weight and then binge. Also, reward yourself when u make progress! Make it fun or else you'll quit sooner than later.7. Drink min. 2 liters of water/day (more for men) whenever ur stressed- take DEEP BREATHS rather than reaching for food. Breathe in this ratio: Inhale 5 counts, hold for 20 counts, exhale 10 counts. If u do 10 of these 3x/day youll be releasing toxins, decreasing appetite, increasing energy.Good luck! If you believe you can do it, you will. If you believe you can not, you will fail. Be patient with your results.

The altitude of the plane at any time is given by y(t) = h + Uy t 1/2 (g Dy/m L/m) t^2 and the range by x(t) = (Ux (Dx/m) t) t, where Dy and Dx are the drag fecors in the y and x directions, for the mass m of the paper plane. Dy/m = ay and Dx/m = ax are the decelerations due to drag. L/m = al is the acceleration due to lift. g is g. h is the height of the plane's launch. Both drag and lift vary as the square of the speed of the plane. That is, D = k Cd V^2 and L = k Cl V^2 where k = 1/2 rho A and Cd and Cl are the coefficients of drag and lift. For planning purposes, Cd = .2 and Cl = .5 are good starting places for a paper airplane with a long streamlined shape. For the short stubby design, try Cd = .4 and Cl = .8. rho = 1.23 kg/m^3 is the standard density of air at sea level. And A is the cross sectional area of the paper plane. As you can see, the mass, m, of the airplane (and therefore its weight) does play a role in both the altitude and the distance the paper airplane will glide when tossed with U speed. Uy = U sin(theta) and Ux = U cos(theta) where theta is the tossed angle. g, the gravity acceleration, is diminished by both the vertical drag force, Dy/m, and the lift, L/m, acting on the mass of the plane. As both of these decelerations act in opposition to the force of gravity acceleration that is pulling down on the plane, the altitude can be best maintained when Dy/m and L/m are maximized for any given speed V. In general, that means making the mass, m, as small as possible. That will make the acceleration downward minimized and extend the flight time.On the other hand, as Dx/m serves to slow down the horizontal speed and, therefore, the X distance covered, this should be minimized for longer flights or increased for shorter flights. But, keep in mind, this does not change the time of flight as that's determined solely by y(T) where T is the total time in the air and that's found by solving the quadratic for y(t). So if you do add mass to make the distance longer, that will shorten the time of flight; so the opposite effect might result and the distance will be shortened. You need to do a trade analysis for this to determine just how much mass you can add and get the longer distance despite a shorter time in the air.

Dave Terry Unfortunately the JVC Everio is a nightmare when it comes to gettnig footage off the camera and into video editing software (if it helps, you're not the first person to ask me about this camera).Basically, it's up to the individual software companies (Apple, Sony, Adobe, etc.) to decide what cameras they support. And most camera manufacturers follow standards to help things go more smoothly. But every once in a while, they don't (like the Everio) and you get what you've run into.A couple of suggestions that may or may not help:First, you MIGHT be able to import the footage into low-end software like iMovie or Windows Movie Maker (sounds counter-intuitive but it's true). You can then export the footage from that software as an AVI, MPEG-2, etc. and bring it into more robust video editing software (but you may lose video quality).Second, when your footage is put on DVD, it's usually as a .vob file. And often you can copy a .vob file from a DVD to a hard drive, then rename the file extension from .vob to .mpg. Then, you can open it in video editing software. No guarantee's on either of these, but they may be worth trying. http://uqexogylcj.com [url=http://orvxyl.com]orvxyl[/url] [link=http://hdpajwutr.com]hdpajwutr[/link]

I also have a JVC Everio. I have one of the earlier mdoles (not HiDef) before they took out the mic jack.I've made over 1000 videos with it and honestly use Cyberlink PowerDirector for the editing. It may not be Sony Vegas but for fast and solid useable editing (not to mention it's dirt cheap, like $60 ) it's a great deal. It allows pic in pic, transitions, music tracks, etc Because it's easy to use and really fast it's usually my first choice for editing.BTW, I compared the SuperFine' setting on my JVC with a Canon miniDV and couldn't find any real difference in quality. I'm a big guy on time (not a lot of it ) so being able to usb a few hours of footage in about 10min from the JVC hard drive is a HUGE bonus.I know it's completely against what you're talking about but for streaming video made fast and furious it works for me.My 2 cents,PhilLove your site! http://tfuamitmlln.com [url=http://zelrvvkdll.com]zelrvvkdll[/url] [link=http://nbrefvemzvx.com]nbrefvemzvx[/link]

Brilliant. Thanks Dave! The next step up in my experience wituoht breaking the bank is to buy the Canon ZR 800 (can be found VERY inexpensively on Ebay), because it is the only LOW end consumer camera that can handle an external mic to my knowledge. I have used it successfully with the Samson Airline AL-1 combination in many productions, which is also quite cheap compared to the Sennheiser products you recommend. All in that set up cost me a about $300, which of course is a lot more than what you recommend with this awesome digital recorder idea but I just wanted to share this since I think it was you who helped me get set up with the budget-friendly Canon in the first place. One note about the Canon ZR800 it really sucks in low light. Brooks.

Dave,Love your stuff.I unfortunately bghuot a JVC Everio Harddrive. It uses a .mod file and has been a real pain to put on my computer and make DVD's.I've tried renaming the .mod file to .mpg, converting to mpeg-2 and mpeg-1, and I can't get a decent recording. All I've been able to do is transfer from the camcorder to my DVD recorder/player hooked up to my TV, but I can't do any editing with that, of course.Any suggestions, other than breaking up the JVC with a hammer and buying something else?Wish I'd found you before I found the camera (that was a year ago too late to return it to Circuit City). Thanks,Terry Rayburn

Hi Paula,I have a couple of quick qiostuens. Are you using homeopathic hCG? Are you coming in physical contact with any type of fat? This could be in the form of skin lotions and creams, or hair conditioners. If you touch food that has fat in it, even if you do not eat it, some of the fat will absorb through your skin and signal your body to stop using fat from its fat cells.Check to make sure that you are not touching fat of any kind. Here are 9 things to check Don't mix vegetables at a meal.Don't use gum or mints, even if they are sugar freeIf you have been drinking diet sodas or sugar free diet drinks; cut them outEat white meat instead of beefMake sure you are weighing your food before you cook it.Don't eat the same protein for both lunch and dinnerIncrease your water consumption to 2 quarts a dayMake sure you are wearing the exact same each morning when you weigh yourselfDon't eat out since you can't be sure what the restaurant may have added to the meatThese are 10 things you can do to troubleshoot the hCG diet protocol. Some people can get away with more than other people. Let me know is this gets your weight loss going again.P.S. If you are using homeopathic hCG, I would switch right away to the real stuff. You can read why at

If you are willing to try hoapoemthic hCG which doesn't have any real hCG in it except maybe a few molecules per bottle then the answer is pretty easy. Remember, hoapoemthic practitioners do not hide the fact that their products have very little to no hCG in them because they believe that the process of transmits the properties of hCG to the whole solution. So you have 2 options. The first is to make your own full strength drops from Colloidal Silver and hCG or Vodka and hCG. See how The second is to try hoapoemthic or hormone free substitute drops which I admit that I don't understand how they work. But I have seen them work just as well as any hCG diet on several of my clients. If you choose the second method then the best deal is for $59 because you get a complete guide with bonuses and your first months supply of the drops free. (The best results I have seen with this diet in one month was 21 pounds.)Another reason this is a good deal is because it is unconditionally guaranteed for 60 days, so you can get all of your money back if it isn't doing what you want.If you need anymore info, just drop me a comment.

Hi Treena,You are going to have to control your carb ikante probably for the rest of your life or you are going to have to do calorie control. These two approaches are different but effective. With calorie control, you don't worry abput what you eat, you just establish your (base metabolic rate) BMI and then count your calories as you eat every day and never go above the calories it takes to maintain your BMI. The other carb-control technique is done by adding carbohydrates back to your diet and recording the results. You should do it in 1 week steps. Once you establish the total amount of carbs you can have with out gaining, you will know how to control your weight. You must also understand that carbohydrates absorb water, so your 2 pound gains are mostly water; however, this is the precursor to fat gain. You should research and try out the large variety of low-carb pancakes, waffles and syrups available. Just because one brand taste terrible, doesn't mean other will.Ultimate success in weight control is a negotiation between our appetites and our will to be fit.CW http://ryxiqgk.com [url=http://ihwolsj.com]ihwolsj[/url] [link=http://rpwreu.com]rpwreu[/link]

I would not recommend hCG to ayonne who has only 10 pounds to lose. I can recommend a natural dietary method that works like a charm if you follow it!If you follow this system you will be rid of those 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks and it isn't all that hard to do. Dr. Isaac Boules researched and developed it and its called Eat Weight Off.Anyway, you can read about it at P.S. My wife uses this system to keep her weight off and she swears she'll get me on it if I ever gain any weight back.P.P.S. Oh, BTW, you don't have to give up your workouts with this! If you use it, please leave a comment here as to how it worked for you and if it doesn't work for you like I have seen it work for other people I can show you how to get your purchase price back.Chris http://rpawzsbixvt.com [url=http://lnlsfitie.com]lnlsfitie[/url] [link=http://xuwauxsgwq.com]xuwauxsgwq[/link]
