Michelle K. Faron attended Truman State University and graduated in 2012 with a degree in History and minors in Italian Studies, Women and Gender Studies, and Justice Systems. While attending Truman State University, she was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, a history honor society, and Sigma Chi Delta, a local sorority.
After graduating from Truman, she attended the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. During law school, Michelle worked various legal internships including at the St. Louis Zoo, Cole County Prosecutor’s Office, Mid-Missouri Legal Services, University of Missouri Student Legal Services, and the Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions, and Professional Registration. While in law school, she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and volunteered at the Central Missouri Humane Society.
Once completing law school in 2015, Michelle passed the Missouri and Illinois Bars. She is currently a member of the Missouri Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, Illinois Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Labor and Employment Section of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. She currently works on workers’ compensation cases and employment discrimination cases.
